This complete pelagic line was fully refurbished in 2023. Only been running for approx. 50-100 hours since being installed.
Solution for pelagic processing has a wide range of possibilities. All components are developed for high-speed processing and are industry-proven.
The line consist of:
Automatic feeder machine BAADER 488 – 2005 production year;
Heading and filleting machine BAADER 221 HF – 2010 production year;
Skinning machine BAADER 56 – 1998 production year;
There is a brand new vacuum system cyclone and pump with the machine.
Fish species:
Herring, Mackerel, Trout (other species on request).
Working range (approx.):
Herring: 22 – 40 cm; approx. 75 – 750 g;
Herb Herring: 22 – 40 cm; approx. 75 – 750 g;
Pickled Herring: 22 – 40 cm; approx. 75 – 750 g;
Mackerel: 25 – 42 cm; approx. 200 – 600 g;
Trout: approx. 160 – 600g.
Throughput:
Nominal speed: up to 340 trays / min (depending on specie, feeding and condition).
