Complete pelagic line Baader 221 HF

This complete pelagic line was fully refurbished in 2023. Only been running for approx. 50-100 hours since being installed.
Solution for pelagic processing has a wide range of possibilities. All components are developed for high-speed processing and are industry-proven.

The line consist of:

  • Automatic feeder machine BAADER 488 – 2005 production year;
  • Heading and filleting machine BAADER 221 HF – 2010 production year;
  • Skinning machine BAADER 56 – 1998 production year;
  • There is a brand new vacuum system cyclone and pump with the machine.

  • Herring, Mackerel, Trout (other species on request).

    Working range (approx.):

  • Herring: 22 – 40 cm; approx. 75 – 750 g;
  • Herb Herring: 22 – 40 cm; approx. 75 – 750 g;
  • Pickled Herring: 22 – 40 cm; approx. 75 – 750 g;
  • Mackerel: 25 – 42 cm; approx. 200 – 600 g;
  • Trout: approx. 160 – 600g.
