Marel I-Cut 10 Portioning Machine

Description

Marel I-Cut 10

Year of manufacture: 2010

Condition: Good, working

High-speed portion machine

Raw material: Fish or poultry fillet

Marel I-Cut 10 offers three-dimensional measurement of each product piece. The computer then identifies the optimal cutting scheme, and the cutting unit executes the cutting process based on the pre-set scheme. Portion cutter comprises an in-feed conveyor, a scanning unit, a cutting unit, and an out-feed conveyor.

A camera scans the raw material, and the computer determines its dimensions. M3000 controller selects an appropriate cutting scheme and calculates the necessary parameters for the specific product. Portion cutting is performed according to the selected requirements. Once a piece of product completes the cutting cycle, the machine is ready to process the next piece.

Machine is controlled by the M3000 controller, which features a large color display and a waterproof sensor panel. The controller is housed in a durable, stainless steel casing (IP67) that is resistant to water. It can be connected to various Marel equipment as part of integrated production systems.

Portion cutter can be installed in line with the Marel Proline grader (5 gates).
