The warranty for each product depends on what product it is and is activated as soon as the customer receives the product. Further details are agreed upon with the customers depending on each product. The warranty does not normally cover faults that occurred due to improper use or other similar factors that resulted in damage. Further the warranty does not cover parts what is damaged due to normal wear and tear. Only the product itself is covered by the warranty, not possible add-on products or other changes the buyer has made to the product. Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.
The buyer is obliged to check that the delivered products are in accordance with the order before the products are used. Any complaints regarding defects or other errors in delivery must be made to the seller no later than 7 days after the products have been received.
