Description
Pisces HV-40 Headcutting Unit
Pisces HV-40 headcutting unit is a standalone machine, specifically designed for the precise and efficient removal of salmon heads.
This machine is typically used as the heading component in the Pisces AHF-492 heading and filleting system. It is also engineered to feed the Pisces FR-9000 filleting machine in a continuous flow.
The ergonomic feeding area allows the operator to slide each fish into the trays easily. Each fish is positioned behind the collarbone, regardless of its size. This ensures that the head is cut at the correct point for optimal yield. After cutting, the fish is automatically transferred to the filleting machine and then it enters in the correct orientation, which results in smooth and high-yield fillets.
Pisces HV-40 headcutting unit handles fish from 2.5 to 9 kilos and speed can be adjusted depending on fish size. This makes the system flexible and efficient for a wide range of processing needs.
