Baader 162 whitefish heading and gutting machine
This machine serves as a versatile solution for both gutting and heading processes. It is suitable for processing whitefish ranging from 50 cm to 90 cm in total length, weighing between 1.00 kg and 5.00 kg, without requiring adjustments for specific size ranges within the machine’s operational range. The machine utilizes a circular knife to separate the guts at the throat area. A gutting knife with ejectors opens the abdominal cavity through a circular cut and removes the contents of the belly. If necessary, a head cut can also be performed. The fish, securely held by centering clamps near the discharge end, is then released. The collar bones remain intact on the fish.
