This overhauled machine is designed to efficiently process various whitefish species, including cod, pollack, haddock, and hake. It incorporates a well-proven system that ensures a high yield of fillets.
The machine is capable of handling fish within a size range of 40 to 85 cm (or 0.6 – 4.5 kg for gutted fish with head). With a capacity of 24-34 fish per minute, it enables productive filleting operations.
After heading, the fish are loaded onto the machine, and the filleting tools automatically adjust to accommodate the different sizes within the operating range. However, for skinning the fillets, manual transfer to a separate skinning machine is required.
