Sepamatic 1200 is specifically designed to process boneless, skinless meat mince from fish or meat trimming. The raw material undergoes a brief pressing operation as it passes between an elastic clamping band and a steel perforated drum that rotate together. During this process, hard, large, and agglutinated parts remain outside the drum, while the softened parts are pushed inside the drum through the 3mm diameter holes.
The machine has a capacity of processing up to 2500 kg of raw material per hour. The productivity of the machine depends on factors such as the type of raw material used, clamping pressure, and the size of the drum holes.
