Kronborg Mark 5 Fish Gutting Machine is specifically designed for gutting a variety of fish, including cod, saithe, haddock, whiting, hake, and even river fish like carp. It is suitable for use on trawlers and in land-based factories.
The fish is continuously placed in the feeding chamber, where a conveyor belt with catches transports them through a positional system of guiding plates to the gutting chamber. A rotating knife cuts the fish as required. After the cutting process, the fish passes through a rotating nylon brush and water sprays, effectively removing the remaining entrails. The gutted fish is then directed towards the outlet end for further transportation.
Due to its compact size and lightweight design, Kronborg mark 5 is suitable for use on coastal fleet vessels and shore plants.
