The overhauled Baader 201 is a specialized filleting machine designed for processing large white and red fish. It excels in producing standard fillets from headed and gutted fish, specifically without the collar bone. With its ergonomic loading facility, scraping tools covering large surfaces, and a specially designed fish guidance assembly, this machine ensures a clean cut and high yield.

The Baader 201 is specifically designed for processing large fish, with a working range that includes Atlantic cod (50-120 cm, up to 13 kg), Pacific cod (54-108 cm, up to 13 kg), saithe (60-120 cm, up to 12 kg), salmon (up to 9 kg), and tuna (approximately 4.5 to a maximum of 9 kg).

Depending on the desired production rate, the machine offers capacities of 10, 18, or 20 fish per minute, operating in cycles. With its compact design, it is suitable for on-board use and can be connected to two Baader skinning machines.
