Baader 190 Fish Filleting Machine

Description

Condition: Refurbished

The overhauled Baader 190 is a specialized filleting machine designed for processing whitefish. It excels in producing boneless fillets from cod, pollock, and haddock within a size range of 33-66 cm in total fish length. For merluza, it can process fish measuring 30-70 cm (equivalent to 0.35-2.2 kg for gutted fish with the head intact).

This machine seamlessly handles fish that have been headed and gutted using the Baader 160, ensuring continuous and efficient processing at a high feeding rate that adjusts according to fish sizes. The Baader 190 is equipped with an electronically controlled attachment, allowing it to produce either standard fillets or completely boneless fillets.

The fillets produced by the Baader 190 are automatically transferred to a skinning machine (Baader 51) for further processing.
