Machine is employing computer-controlled operations, precisely directs electronically measured fish toward the cutting tools for tail and head cuts.
This advanced system ensures optimal cuts and attains a high yield of processed fish. For enhanced versatility, a customizable trimming unit can be incorporated before the Baader 176 Machine.
This unit, also computer-controlled, can be adjusted to accommodate the specific fish type being processed. It effectively removes fins, including the attached fatty tissue and a significant portion of the abdominal cavity.
The outcome is a streamlined fillet that requires minimal additional trimming.
The machine is suitable for various flatfish species, including Spotted Flounder, American Lemon Sole, Plaice, Dab, Flounder Tailed, as well as Halibut.
