The NOCK ECONOMY SE ice machine range offers an excellent price-performance ratio. Unlike the NOCK NSH and NSH/SK ranges, the NOCK ECONOMY SE does not have any parts with movable seals that are prone to wear, ensuring a permanently sealed cooling circuit. The machine utilizes a vertical, stationary freezing cylinder with water jets for ice production. It eliminates the need for a hygienically critical water bath, such as a water tank with stagnant water. This construction, in terms of hygiene, surpasses other designs that use a horizontal rotating cylinder with a water bath. The NOCK ECONOMY SE ice machine range produces high-quality ice with a thickness of 2-3 mm and a temperature of approximately -8 °C. The ice demonstrates outstanding and rapid cooling performance, making it ideal for bowl cutters and various other applications.
