We offer a Marel I-Cut 22 portioning machine in as-is condition. The machine has a known fault and is sold for repair, refurbishment, spare parts, or technical evaluation. No refurbishment has been carried out, and the machine is offered without warranty.
The I-Cut 22’s greatest strength lies in its laser-guided 3-D scanning system that measures individual pieces in real time, enabling very accurate portioning based on actual volume and shape rather than simple 2-D profiling. Combined with servo-driven knives in each lane, this setup maximises yield, reduces giveaway and ensures consistent portion quality even when product shapes vary. The machine can perform up to 1500 strokes per minute per knife per lane, which supports efficient processing in medium-to-large production environments.
