The Baader 601 is a high-quality separator designed to effectively separate raw meat material from waste components including cartilages, veins, skin, and bones.
The machine features a flexible squeezing belt that transports the product to a rotating perforated drum. Within the drum, a brief pressing operation takes place. The hard particles such as bone and skin remain outside the drum, while the soft parts are pushed through the holes and collected inside.
This particular model of separator stands out due to its improved construction and reliability. It is specifically designed to handle coarse raw material, including shoulder bones.
