Description
Breivik 007SS is a straight cut heading machine with hinged lid for easy access for cleaning and knife change. This machine differs from the standard by being all stainless protecting it from corrosion for decades.
The Breivik 007SS is a machine for heading with straight or oblique cut of white fish, red fish and similar fish species. The fish is taken from the storage bin and placed on the supply table with its head showing to the right and its belly toward the heading knife. The head to be pulled over the heading rail until – when pushing the fish back – the pectoral fin moves under the heading rail and the fish is fixed in this position.
