Description
Condition: Refurbished (2017)
This Baader 176 meticulously overhauled machine efficiently processes a wide range of flatfish species, spanning from 27 cm to 55 cm in total length. Employing computer-controlled operations, it precisely directs electronically measured fish towards the designated cutting tools for tail and head cuts. This advanced system ensures optimal cuts and attains a high yield of processed fish.
For enhanced versatility, a customizable trimming unit can be incorporated prior to the Baader 176 machine. This unit, also computer-controlled, can be adjusted to accommodate the specific fish type being processed. It effectively removes fins, including the attached fatty tissue and a significant portion of the abdominal cavity. The outcome is a streamlined fillet that requires minimal additional trimming.
The machine is suitable for various flatfish species, including spotted flounder, flounder Jordan, plaice, dab, flounder tailed, strelozóby halibut, plaice yellow-bellied, and flounder red, as well as halibut.
