The modular design allows the BAADER 101 to be configured from single-channel units to multi-channel systems, depending on production capacity requirements. The BAADER 101 is typically installed upstream of a screw bleeding and chilling tank, where fish are transferred directly from the stunning and bleeding stage to controlled chilling. The system can be seamlessly integrated with bleeding tanks equipped with screw conveyors, ensuring continuous process flow, stable fish handling, and efficient temperature control throughout the harvesting line.
